Order Confirmation

To confirm your order, a Rs. 500 advance payment is required before the order is processed.

The Rs. 500 payment is taken only for order confirmation and is not a shipping or delivery charge.

Once the Rs. 500 confirmation payment is received, your order will be confirmed and prepared for dispatch.

Remaining Payment

The remaining balance of your order will be payable through Cash on Delivery (COD) when your parcel is delivered.

Example:
If your order total is Rs. 5,000, you will pay Rs. 500 in advance for order confirmation, and the remaining Rs. 4,500 will be paid at the time of delivery.

Free Shipping

We provide FREE SHIPPING throughout Pakistan, including major cities and other serviceable areas.

There is no additional shipping fee for standard delivery.

Delivery Time

Orders are normally processed and dispatched after successful confirmation. Delivery time may vary depending on your city, location, courier service, and other circumstances.

Most orders are expected to arrive within 3–7 working days after confirmation.

Remote or non-serviceable areas may require additional delivery time.

Order Processing

Once your order is placed, our team may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm the order and collect the Rs. 500 confirmation payment.

Orders are processed after successful confirmation.

Please provide your correct name, phone number, complete address, and city when placing your order to avoid delivery delays.

If the customer is unavailable at the provided address or does not respond to the courier, delivery may be delayed or the order may be returned.
